(Junior) Account Manager (m/w/d) for R&D Projects

Your Role
- You identify potential new customers through various channels and get them excited about Motius
- Matching our customers with the right Solution Architects & Tech Specialists, thus acquiring technology projects and contributing to the growth and further development of Motius
- You represent Motius in relevant networks and blogs as well as at conferences and events
- Together with the team, you will continuously work on our sales & business development strategy and process improvements
Your Profile
- Initial experience in sales, innovation consulting or business development, ideally in a consulting or tech start-up environment
- Degree in Business Administration, TUM-BWL, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and products in combination with entrepreneurial thinking & acting
- Strong communication skills in German and English, confident in dealing with various stakeholders and a structured and independent way of working
