As Senior Innovation Consultant (m/f/d) for the area Business & Operations Automation you will play a central role in the development of holistic solutions for our customers, that have a proven business impact.

Your Role
- You analyze companies, their challenges, strategic goals as well as operational processes and develop potential action plans based on the latest technologies. Together with our tech specialists, you translate these into concrete technical concepts and solutions
- Independently and in close cooperation with our Sales & Partner Impact team, you acquire new customers and projects and support the definition of follow-up projects
- You plan and structure innovation/tech and strategy consulting projects and estimate the workload and scope, you take over smaller projects completely as PM/PO
- You are in close contact with our customers, support change processes, moderate workshops and develop new products and processes together with them, e.g. in concrete business plans
- You analyze what is best for the products or processes we build and manage these requirements with the various stakeholders (customers, development and design teams, etc.)
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in the management of interdisciplinary, user-centered ideation and development projects and their methods (Human Centered Design, Design Thinking, Google Design Sprints) and/or in classical innovation/tech and strategy consulting projects
- Experience in the analysis, optimization and, potentially, automation of business processes
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, TUM Business Administration, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- You have already worked in agile teams / setups and have a high affinity for emerging technologies in areas such as AI, Robotics and Embedded
- You take responsibility for your ideas / your projects and are characterized by creativity and conceptual skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of service and customer orientation, strong implementation skills and business fluency in German and English
