As a working student (m/f/d) in Innovation Consulting, you will support us in developing comprehensive solutions for our customers that have a significant business impact.

Our Innovation Consulting Team is on a mission to develop holistic solutions for our customers together with our tech experts, that have a proven business impact. To do so, we turn vague problems and the latest technologies into initial project and product ideas as well as strategic concepts, and thereby accelerate our customers' innovation cycles.
Your Role
- Support in analyzing companies and markets, their challenges and strategic goals in order to derive possible actions based on the latest technologies
- You will gain insights into the acquisition of new customers and projects in cooperation with our Sales & Partner Impact Team
- You will actively participate in the preparation of workshops and change processes
- Gain insight into the planning and structuring of consulting projects and independently take on smaller project parts
- You support the analysis of product and process requirements and coordination with various stakeholders
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in (Business) Informatics, TUM BWL, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable and the willingness to delve deeper into Innovation Consulting
- A high affinity for new technologies and products in areas such as AI, robotics and embedded as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Interest in managing interdisciplinary development projects and methods (Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, Google Design Sprints)
- Initial practical experience through internships or working student activities in the field of innovation management or similar is an advantage
- You enjoy working hands-on on topics, are customer-orientated and have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
